The wind is so strong here today. I think it actually picked me up and carried me uptown a few blocks. Hey-they're raising the price on Metro Cards. I could use a free ride.
I'm so broke. This morning I checked my bank account and all I found in there was $1.18. Whoa. I quickly rounded up all my change and headed to coinstar. Guess I won't be doing laundry this week. The one close to my apartment was not working. Of course. I had to walk down 3 avenues and about 10 blocks to find a coinstar that was actually working.
This is my last Thursday post of my 26th year.
I'm scared the economy is so bad that I might have to move back to Nashville for a while. That would probably kill me.
My Aunt sent me a ring for my birthday and I'm wearing it today. I'm actually wearing it on my left hand. Four people have asked me if I'm married today. Since when did New Yorkers start taking the time to ask people questions? Did I miss something?
I was craving peanut butter today, but am still scared to eat it. After reading the article in the Times this week I think I'll steer clear for a while. See Mondays post
I'm itching to get out of the country. I'm bound and determined to go to South America when I graduate. Who the hell knows when that will be.
I don't set New Years resolutions. Instead I make birthday resolutions. The only thing I can think of is to not be broke all the time. The only way that will happen is if hell freezes over and J.Crew closes all of their stores.

Okay -- I don't know in the world I missed the memo that you're blogging again - I'm so behind -- but nonetheless -- you must go to the J.Crew warehouse in Lynchburg, Virginia at some point in your life. You might faint or something even crazier. It's the place where they get all the returns and samples and then mark them way, way down. It's so fabulous!!!
